Shipping policy

We ship you River Cow Cold Brew Pouches to addresses within the lower 48 states of the US. Note: We don't ship to FPOs, APOs, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. We don't ship outside of the US. For shipments under $50, we offer a flat $5 shipping rate. For shipments $50 and over, we offer free shipping!

River Cow orders are shipped with Ground Service. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed Monday through Friday morning typically ship within 24 hours. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will ship on Monday. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email on the day your order is packed and a tracking number is assigned. This email will contain your Carrier Tracking Number. Check your spam/junk folder if you have not seen the order/shipping confirmation email. Please allow 48 hours after placing your order to check on your order tracking, as the tracking information may not be available from our shippers before that time.
